Our Mission

Every day, your faculty has to coordinate people and places: booking meetings, reserving spaces, scheduling events. Often, using manual processes or tools that weren't built for the way your school works. The result is friction, confusion, and important details falling through the cracks.

SchoolCal's mission is to eliminate the friction of school coordination — so faculty spend less time chasing rooms, managing calendars, and untangling schedules, and more time on the work that actually matters.

Our Story

Before we helped schools create and manage events, we helped sync them. We worked closely with 11 founding school partners (listed below). These partners provided invaluable feedback and insights to help us build a valuable, low-maintenance solution to make school calendars complete and reliable. Since then, we've helped hundreds of schools make their calendars usable, and expanded to help them create and manage events, resources, and services.
